Terms of Sales

All prices on this website are displayed in the Australian Dollar ($AUD).

You agree to the ownership of, and risk of loss of or damage to the goods upon delivery of your order to the delivery address.

We accept payment via PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards.

stikK is not liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss to the consumer from the use of any stikK products.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your goods, and the costs associated with them, once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post.

Shipping times

Orders are typically dispatched 1-2 business days after your order has been placed and confirmed with payment.

If a product is not in stock, it will usually be dispatched within 10 business days. You will be notified via email if this happens to your order.

Part-finished component pieces are usually in stock, only requiring time to make to chosen model size and to apply the protective coating.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been completed and dispatched. You will then receive a note added to your order via email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

We use Australia Post with tracking for shipping both domestic and international orders, and their standard delivery times apply.

Please note that we have no control over carrier delivery delays. 

International Orders

Please send an enquiry using the contact form to place an international order. Shipping costs will differ depending on which country the order is being delivered to. You will need to provide us with the correct delivery address and format for your country.

You will be sent an invoice for your order via PayPal which is due on receipt. This is your order confirmation/invoice which will detail your purchase including the name/s of goods, shipping costs and your delivery address. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an updated invoice via email which has a tracking number in the notes.

Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed and received. Payment method is via PayPal and their accepted methods.

 

Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases, for items damaged in transit, or if the item does not fit to your bike.

It is the responsibility of the customer to read the sizing requirements to ensure the item will fit their bike and to understand the recommendations of item usage.

If there is a fault with your item, please contact david@stikk.com.au with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product purchased
  • Description of the fault with photos

Faults do not include general wear-and-tear, damage from transit, or if the item has been misused/mistreated from the recommendations on this website.
